Magenta, LLC has signed a 120,000-square-foot lease for a 10-year term at 15160 New Avenue in Lockport, Illinois.
The facility, formerly Paramount Plastics, had many of the features already in place for the new tenant. Amenities included cranes, heavy power, and external silo platforms. In addition to building type and location, the tenant was attracted to the property because of favorable taxes.
Al Lindeman and Beverly Hayes of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the tenant, Magenta, LLC, in the transaction. Jeff Galante of Lee & Associates represented ownership.
