Mike Klamm, managing director for CBRE’s Kansas City, Missouri, office for the past 10 years, is stepping down from his position to transition into a brokerage role at the firm, effective at the end of the year.
A search to identify a successor is underway from both within the firm and outside the company, led by John Latessa, Jr., Midwest president, and Jeff Kaiser, regional managing director.
Klamm joined CBRE in 2008, serving in the firm’s Capital Markets group before being named managing director in 2010.
“I have enjoyed every minute of my time leading this group,” said Klamm. “We are tremendously lucky to have such a high caliber of talent in our office and the time is right to build on what we have been able to accomplish here. I am most proud of the culture we have created and how our team works together to serve our clients best interests”
