Derek Hunderman, managing director for Colliers International|West Michigan, will leave the firm Sept. 24 to pursue new opportunities in a construction-related industry.
Duke Suwynk, president and chief executive officer, and Jamie Stiles, executive assistant to the management team, will be responsible for the ongoing management at the firm.
Hunderman joined Colliers in 2003 as an industrial property broker. In 2009, he became the firm’s managing director.
