Managing principals Tim Rikkers and Matt Apter with Madison, Wis.-based Cresa Madison have been named Power Brokers by the CoStar Group.
This yearly award recognizes those commercial brokerages and individuals who have closed the largest transaction volume in commercial property sales or leases in a year.
Rikkers qualified as a top broker in the office leasing category. Apter and Rikkers both qualifed as two of the top commercial brokers in the retail leasing category.
