Mandel Group Inc. started construction on BridgeWalk Apartments in early January in the downtown Waukesha, Wisconsin, area.
BridgeWalk is a 116-unit apartment development offering four floorplan options: studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. Price points will start at about $1,050 a month for studio apartments while the three-bedroom apartments will lease for about $2,230.
BridgeWalk’s name comes from the immediate connectivity of the development to the Fox River Trail and downtown Waukesha via the pedestrian bridge over the Fox River.
Mandel Group will bring modern aesthetic and comfortable living to Waukesha’s downtown and BridgeWalk will be prominently positioned on the Fox River. BridgeWalk’s amenities will include a clubroom with adjoining, covered outdoor space, fitness center, ample and secure bike storage, bike‑repair room, a dog run, car wash, and a spectacular plaza that includes a green roof, covered area with grilling stations, and a fire pit.
BridgeWalk will consist of one building with a combination of three and four-stories of apartments located over one level of underground parking. Apartment units will include high-quality interior finishes – stainless steel appliances, designer cabinetry with soft‑close doors and drawers, quartz countertops, wood‑like vinyl plank flooring and in-unit washers and dryers.
BridgeWalk Apartments will serve renters looking for a combination of impeccably designed apartments and superior communal spaces in Waukesha. BridgeWalk is one mile from Frame Park, which includes sports fields, paddle-boat, kayak and pedal cart rentals, and formal gardens along the Fox River. The site also has direct connection to the Fox River Trail, a six-mile paved and scenic trail for residents to enjoy either on foot or on bike.
BridgeWalk is anticipated to be completed in early 2023.
