Colliers West Michigan announced that a new hair salon, Manic Muse, has opened its doors at 5 Lyon St. in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, on the corner of Lyon St. NW and Division Ave. N.
“I’ve spent several years looking for the perfect spot to open a salon and when I found this location, I immediately fell in love,” said Kimberly Todoroff, owner of Manic Muse. “What attracted me to this space was its open and spacious layout, and room for future growth. I couldn’t have asked for a better location in downtown Grand Rapids.”
The 3,171-square-foot salon features a bright and open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows. Manic Muse offers haircuts, color, highlights and keratin treatments. It also offers nail services including manicures and pedicures as well as skin treatments including facials, waxing and non-therapeutic massages.
Manic Muse was brought to 5 Lyon St. NW by Tom Peterson of Colliers West Michigan, who brokered the deal with the help of Mark Ansara and Chris Prins. The salon is located in a mixed-use building that offers apartment and retail space.
