The Brett’s Building in Mankato, Minnesota, has earned the U.S. EPA’s ENERGY STAR certification. It is the only office building in Mankato to have achieved this designation.
Also notable is the age of the Brett’s Building, 125 years.
Built in 1890, the Brett’s Building was once a popular department store that served the Mankato community for more than 100 years. The building was fully restored in 20014, and provides an energy efficient Class-A custom finished office space to local businesses and government agencies.
