The Mansour Group of Marcus & Millichap recently sold a portfolio of three Walgreens stores, including two in Missouri.
The entire potfolio sold for a total of $16.3 million.
Included in the portfolio was a 15,000-square-foot Walgreens in Malden, Mo., and a 15,000-square-foot store in Dexter, Mo.
Alvin Mansour of the Mansour Group represented both the buyer and seller in the sale. Brokers of record include Collier’s Kevin Huchingson for the Walgreens store located in Arkansas and Marcus & Millichap’s Matt Fitzgerald for the Missouri locations.
The three assets have 25-year absolute net leases guaranteed by Walgreens that commenced in September of 2012.
