Lippert Components, Inc., recently signed a lease for 539,137 square feet at 1902 W. Sample Street in South Bend, Ind., a property also known as the I-80 Commerce Center.
The building is owned by a joint venture partnership of Holladay Properties and Garrison Investment Group.
Lippert Components is a tier-1 supplier of components for recreational vehicles, manufactured homes and other industries, and plans to use this facility to centralize warehousing and distribution operations. The Company hopes to create up to 200 new jobs by 2019.
The tenant was represented in the transaction by Dan Skodras and Brad Toothaker of the Bradley Company, and the Landlord was represented by Matt Dickerson, Scott Duerkop and Steve Schwegman of JLL.
