Watlow, a designer and manufacturer of thermal systems, is expanding and renovating its facility in Maryland Heights, Mo., in the St. Louis area.
The company’s Advanced Technology Center project will add 30,000 square feet of space and renovate 56,000 square feet.
The $30 million investment includes the building and additional costs.
To help Watlow with this expansion, the Missouri Department of Economic Development has offered an incentive package that the company can receive if it meets job-creation and investment criteria.
