Avison Young announced the hiring of suburban tenant-representation specialist, Marc Fiedler.
Effective immediately, Fiedler becomes a senior associate in the firm’s Chicago office, joining Avison Young Principal Rick Morris in expanding the company’s tenant-representation practice in suburban office markets.
Fiedler brings eight years of commercial real estate experience across multiple disciplines to Avison Young. Previously, Fiedler worked as a mortgage banker with Dwinn-Shaffer & Company. Fiedler’s solid foundation in commercial real estate began as an appraiser for KTR Valuation and Consulting Services, where he evaluated institutional real estate for pension funds and lenders.
