Marcus & Millichap hired Michael Tomlin in the firm’s Milwaukee office as Director Investments.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Tomlin spent seven years as an associate at The Dickman Company Inc., a Milwaukee-based commercial real estate firm specializing in industrial brokerage. During his tenure, he averaged approximately $13 million in annual transaction volume and developed comprehensive experience managing sales and leasing transactions from initial underwriting through closing.
Tomlin will focus on industrial investment sales throughout Wisconsin, advising private investors, owner-users and institutional clients on acquisitions and dispositions.
