Marcus & Millichap announces sale of AutoZone & Dollar Tree anchored center in Streamwood

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Westview Center, a 114,735-square-foot retail property located at 1000–1090 S Barrington Road in Streamwood, Illinois. After a competitive bidding process with multiple offers, the asset sold for 96% of the list price at $10,185,000.

Senior Managing Directors Austin Weisenbeck and Sean R. Sharko had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Executive Managing Director Mark Ruble, Senior Managing Director Chris Lind, and Senior Associate Brennan Clegg secured and represented the buyer, a Midwest private investment group.

Westview Shopping Center is 100% occupied with many national tenants including, AutoZone (“Hub Store”), Oak Street Health (acquired by CVS), Dollar Tree, Chuck E. Cheese, American Freight, and H&R Block.
