Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Land of Lincoln Storage, a 173-unit, 22,075-square-foot, self-storage facility located at 320 N. Bonham Street in Macomb, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office.
The fully paved Land of Lincoln Storage offers both drive-up and interior units with 24-hour electronic gate access. Jeffrey L. Herrmann and Sean M. Delaney, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, Storage Express, was secured and represented by Herrmann and Delaney.
