Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Advance Auto Parts “Hub” Store, a 9,973-square-foot net-leased property located in Chicago, according to Steven D. Weinstock, First Vice President / Regional Manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $2,500,000.

Austin Weisenbeck, Adrian J. Mendoza and Sean R. Sharko, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

Advance Auto Parts “Hub” Store is located at 4653 South Western Boulevard in Chicago, IL and sold at 96 percent of original list price. This property is new 2014 construction and the landlord’s only responsibilities are roof and structure.  The property will be a rare “hub” store for Advance, where they will have a portion of the store dedicated to retail and a portion for warehousing parts for wholesale and distribution.
