Marcus & Millichap arranged the $1.6 million sale of a Chili’s ground lease at 204 Hamilton Crossing Drive in Alcoa, Tennesee, according to the company.
Dominic Sulo and Chad Lieber of Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing to market the 6,463-square-foot property on behalf of the seller and also represented the buyer. Jody McKibben also assisted in the transaction.
