Marcus & Millichap announced the $1.5 million sale of 740 Burr Oak Drive, a 39,790-square foot industrial property located in Westmont, Illinois.
Sean O’Brien, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, Brandon Kramer and Bob Kaplan, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer was also a private investor.
The Holum and Sons building is roughly 18 miles west of the Chicago Loop and just south of US 88. The property is situated on 1.54 acres in a small-sized industrial park near TY Warner Park and many retail properties along Ogden Avenue. It has 30 parking spaces.
