Norstates Bank Property, a 214,620-square feet of land located in Waukegan, Illinois, has sold for $2,135,000, according to Marcus & Millichap who marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a financial institution.
The property, located at 3233 Grand Avenue in Waukegan, Illinois, has approximately 400 feet of frontage on Grand Avenue and 650 feet on Green Bay Road with access from both streets. Norstates Bank is planning to build a new Bank Branch on the site.
Austin Weisenbeck, Tami Andrew and Sean Sharko, investment specialists at the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office had the exclusive listing. They also secured the buyer, a limited liability company.
