Oak Street Health, a 9,400-square foot net-leased property located in Berwyn, Illinois, has sold for $2.4 million, according to Marcus & Millichap.
The property, located at 7000 Cermak Road in Berwyn, Illinois, was developed by Keystone Ventures.
Austin Weisenbeck, Sean R. Sharko and Brewster Hague, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Sean R. Sharko, Austin Weisenbeck and Valerie Cook.
