Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of three medical office buildings for a combined price of nearly $30 million in downstate Michigan, according to a statement from the company.
The buildings included Bald Mountain Medical Complex in Lake Orion, Michigan, Brookside Medical Center in Battle Creek, Michigan, and Orchard View Medical Center in Washington, Michigan. All properties were anchored by a health system or ambulatory sugery center. The three assets sold for a combined price of $30 million.

Bald Mountain Medical Complex is a Class A medical facility with an on-site ambulatory surgery center and hospital-based tenancy. Brookside medical Center is anchored by Brookside Surgery Center and accounts for 31 percent of the building. Orchard View Medical Center is another Class A building anchored by Henry Ford Health System and offers urgent care, orthopedic medicine services, a pharmacy and oral surgery services.
