Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Siemens Corporation, a 38,793-square-foot flex office building located in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The asset sold for $4.2 million.
John Abuja, a senior vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, and Michael Lawrence, a senior managing director investments in the firm’s Newport Beach, Calif. office, represented the seller in the transaction.
The property is located at 585 Slawin Court in Mount Prospect, Illinois and was 100 percent leased through October 31, 2021 to Siemens Real Estate, a division of Siemens Corporation.
