Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 12-unit apartment property located at 1330 W. Main Street in St. Charles, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $1,050,000.
Andrean Angelov and Ryan D. Engle, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, also a private investor, was secured and represented by Engle, Angelov and Timothy B. Stephenson, Jr.
The property is located within walking distance of Valley Shopping Center and is less than two miles from Geneva Commons, an upscale lifestyle retailer.
