Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 12-unit apartment property portfolio located in Broadview, Illinois. Andrean Angelov, first vice president investments, Ryan D. Engle, senior vice president investments, and Samuel M. Antreasian, an associate, in the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Angelov and Engle also represented the buyer. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The two-building portfolio is located at 1936 S. 16th Avenue and 1008 Roosevelt Road. The portfolio consists of two six-flats comprised of one studio/one-bathroom unit, six one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and five two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The properties feature off-street parking and an on-site laundry facility in each building. The property is positioned with easy access to public transportation with the Maywood Metra station and the Forest Park Transit center just two miles from the property and PACE stops conveniently located within two blocks of each property.
