Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of a 16-unit apartment property located in Oak Forest, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Andrean Angelov, first vice president investments, and Ryan D. Engle, senior vice president investments, in the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and also represented the buyer.

Located at 15800 Central Avenue, the property is comprised of eight one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and eight two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The property features newer windows and hot water heaters as well as recently remodeled units with updated kitchens, bathroom and flooring. The property features ample off-street parking and on-site laundry facilities. Public transportation is readily available with the Oak Forest Metra station located one mile east and Pace bus stops located just one block south of the building.
