Randolph Taylor, a multifamily investment sales specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Taylor represented the seller in this transaction selling the property to a New York investment firm. The property is a well-maintained, all brick three-story courtyard style building 95 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
