Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of an 18-unit apartment property located in Cicero, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Andrean Angelov, first vice president, and Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director and Samuel M. Antreasian, associate and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, also a private investor, was secured and represented by Angelov, Engle and Antreasian.
The property is located at 5929 W. 16th Street in Cicero, approximately eight miles southwest of the downtown Chicago Loop, with convenient access to Interstates 55 and 290. Positioned on West 16th Street, the property is within three miles of numerous retail and dining options at Forest Park Plaza, Cermak Plaza and Cicero Market Place.
