Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Glenwood Apartments, a 24-unit apartment property located in Glenwood, Illinios, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Andrean Angelov, first vice president investments, Chandler Brown, associate, and Ryan D. Engle, senior vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Andrean Angelov and Ryan D. Engle.
Glenwood Apartments is located at 430-434 & 524-528 North Roberts Drive in Glenwood, approximately 27 miles south of the downtown Chicago Loop, with convenient access to Interstates 57, 80, 94 and 294. The property consists of two identical, 12-unit buildings within the same block and features balconies or patios for each unit, ample off-street parking and an on-site laundry facility in each building.
