Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the sale of 6217-6223 S. Kenwood Ave., a 24-unit apartment property located in Chicago. The asset sold for $1.275 million.
Greg Gonzalez, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Greg Gonzalez.
The property includes two conjoined 12-unit properties, and a large, gated parking lot that accommodates 10 cars. The unit mix features 16 one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments and eight two-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments.
