Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Store More on Route 34, a 49,500-square foot, 395-unit self-storage facility located in Plano, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Jeffrey L. Herrmann, an associate, and Sean M. Delaney, senior vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and represented the buyer.
Store More on Route 34 is located at 3980 Turner Avenue, strategically situated along Route 34. The property consists of 49,500 rentable square feet among nine buildings. The unit mix is comprised of 17 climate-controlled units, 97 boat/RV parking spaces and 280 drive-up units. The property features keypad access, electronic gate entry, superior lighting and a comprehensive video surveillance system.
