Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. After 20 showings and eight offers, the asset sold for $4,775,000 in just 29 days on the market.
Eric P. Bell, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively listed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Bell also secured and represented the buyer, also a private investor. The property has 37 one-bedroom/one-bathroom and 11 two-bedroom/one and one-half-bathroom units and is located near the Park District of Forest Park, public library, restaurants and retailers including Walmart.
