Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of 100-180 Touhy Court, an industrial complex located in Des Plaines. The asset sold for $1.7 million.
Paul Tesdal and Stephen Lieberman, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a fund manager, was also secured and represented by Tesdal and Lieberman
100-180 Touhy Court is comprised of two flex/industrial properties totaling 48,101 rentable square feet, each built in 1989. Currently the properties are 72 percent occupied.
