Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of Starbucks Drive-Thru Anchored Center, a 5,450-square-foot retail property located in Lyons. The asset sold for $2.28 million.
Brian Parmacek, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago O’Hare office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Parmacek.
Starbucks Drive-Thru Anchored Center is located at 8499 Ogden Ave. The other three tenants in the center were Jimmy John’s, T-Mobile and Dotty’s.
