Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Geneva Park Apartments, a 56-unit apartment property located in Geneva, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Andrean Angelov, first vice president, and Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Angelov Engle.
Geneva Park Apartments is located at 7 Simpson Street in Geneva, with convenient access to Route 38 and Route 25. The property is approximately one and a half miles from the Geneva Metra Station and less than one mile from downtown Geneva.
