Marcus & Millichap arranges sale of 83-unit rental property

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Westown, an 83-unit apartment property located in Belleville, Illinois, according to David G. Bradley, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Downtown office. The asset sold for $1,800,000.

Bradley Barham, a senior associate, and Jeffrey Colona, an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown and St. Louis offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was secured and represented by John T. Solari, an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office.

The five-building property is located at 3908 W. Main Street in Belleville, in the St. Louis metro area. Westown is comprised of one-bedroom/one-bathroom units averaging 650 square feet.
