Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Light Road Apartments, a 168-unit apartment property located in Oswego, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Andrean Angelov, first vice president, Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director, Samuel M. Antreasian, associate, and Timothy B. Stephenson Jr., associate and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Angelov, Engle and Stephenson Jr.
Light Road Apartments is located at 1800 Light Road in Oswego, with convenient access to Route 31 and near downtown Oswego’s retail, dining and entertainment options. The property is within five miles of the Aurora Metra rail station and 46 miles southwest of Chicago’s downtown Loop. The property features 98 one-bedroom and 70 two-bedroom units with on-site laundry facilities, off-street parking, clubhouse and an outdoor swimming pool.
