Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Martin Saddlery, a 41,684-square foot industrial property located in Greenville, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, division manager in the firm’s Dallas office.
Adam Abushagur, senior vice president investments and Sam Martin, associate, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
“We advised the seller on the benefits of a sale-leaseback compared to a vacant sale, resulting in 18 total offers procured,” said Martin.
“Amidst COVID-19 market effects, we granted the buyer a four-week extension to source capital while simultaneously securing a $75,000 non-refundable deposit for the seller,” said Abushagur.
Martin Saddlery is located at 6120 Highway 66 in Greenville, Texas. The subject property is situated on 5.24 acres of land and was built in 1980 with an addition constructed in 2007.
