Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 38,864-square-foot office property located in Arlington Heights, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold at nearly 95 percent of list price for $3,000,000.
Tammy A. Saia, first vice president, and Tami Andrew, associate, and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local limited liability company. The buyer, an Atlanta-based limited liability company, was represented by a cooperating broker.
The property is located at 2010 S. Arlington Heights Road in Arlington Heights, Illinois, less than half a mile from I-90. The building is 84 percent occupied by medical tenants and has recently undergone upgrades including a brand-new HVAC system, a new elevator, new tile in the first-floor corridors, and many updated suites.
