Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a six-unit apartment property located at 5663 W. Higgins Avenue in Chicago, according to David G. Bradley, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Downtown office. The asset sold for $1,300,000.
Kyle A. Stengle, senior vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller.
The newer construction property is comprised of a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments featuring granite countertops and hardwood floors throughout, as well as private decks in the rear. The property is located near numerous Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) bus stops and the Jefferson Park Blue Line train stop.
