Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of an Aspen Dental- and Potbelly-anchored retail center in Bolingbrook, Illinois. The 9,850-square property sold for $5,750,000.
Austin Weisenbeck, senior vice president and Sean R. Sharko, senior vice president and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, represented a local developer for the sale to an out-of-state investor group. Financing was obtained Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation.
The property is located at 215 N. Weber Road in Bolingbrook and is a new construction outlot to Meijer. The transaction overcame multiple obstacles during the COVID-19 shutdown.
