Andrean Angelov, first vice president investments, and Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Angelov and Engle.
Spring Road Apartments is located at 545 S. Spring Rd in Elmhurst, with convenient access to Route 83, Interstate 294 and Interstate 290. The unit mix is comprised of 18 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, five large one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, four two-bedroom/one-bathroom units and seven store-front retail units measuring between 600 up to 1,300 square feet. The property features ample off-street parking and an on-site laundry facility.
