Marcus & Millichap arranges sale of five-building apartment portfolio in Joliet

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a five-building apartment portfolio located in Joliet and Crest Hill, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The assets sold for a combined $1,760,000.

Adam Fortino, a senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and also secured and represented the buyer.  

Located at 632-704 Kungs Way in Joliet and 1131 Elizabeth Court in Crest Hill, the properties have 22 units comprised of four one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 18 two-bedroom/one and one-half bathroom units. The properties feature ample off-street parking along with 12 garage parking spaces, on-site laundry facilities along with many recent capital improvements.
