Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The property received multiple offers from in-state and out-of-state buyers and sold in 27 days for $920,000.
Adrian Mendoza, Austin Weisenbeck and Sean R. Sharko, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The Chicago-based 1031 exchange buyer purchased the property on an all-cash basis.
