Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 12-unit apartment property located in McHenry, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Andrean Angelov, first vice president investments, Ryan D. Engle, senior vice president investments, and Timothy B. Stephenson Jr., an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Angelov, Engle and Stephenson also represented the buyer.
The property is located at 4017 W. Lillian Street in McHenry. The unit mix is comprised of four studio units and eight one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, measuring approximately 400 and 700 square feet, respectively. The property is of flexicore construction and features ample off-street parking, balconies or patios for each unit, and an on-site laundry facility.
