Senior Managing Directors Austin Weisenbeck and Sean R. Sharko, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership that owned the center for over 20 years. The buyer, a local private investor, was secured and represented by Weisenbeck and Sharko.
Advance Auto Parts Anchored Center is located at 660 W. IL Route 173 in Antioch, Illinois. The center has had stable tenancy with most tenants having long occupancy history. The property has upside potential through the leasing of the two remaining suites.
