Bradley, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Downtown office. After multiple offers, the asset sold for $800,000 within 30 days of going under contract.
Brett Rodgers, a senior associate, and Frank M. Roti, first vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. An outside broker represented the 1031-exchange buyer.
Randall View Court is located at 61 Polaris Drive in Lake In The Hills. The property is 100 percent occupied with a mixture of local tenants. Over 40,000 vehicles per day pass this property on Randall Road providing great exposure to all tenants.
