Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of six-unit apartment building with adjacent buildable lot, located in Chicago, Illinois, according to John M. Przybyla, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Downtown office. The asset sold for $1,250,000.

Kyle Stengle and Joseph Bergman, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Kyle Stengle and Joseph Bergman.

The six-unit apartment building with adjacent lot is located at 1656 West Erie Street in Chicago, IL.  The property is a tandem three-story six-flat, adjacent to a fenced corner lot on Paulina and Erie. Recent capital improvements include newer facade, windows, and tuck-pointing.
