Weinstock, regional manager, first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office and national director of the firm’s self-storage division.
Jeffrey L. Herrmann, associate, and Sean M. Delaney, senior vice president and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, also a private investor, was secured and represented by Timothy B. Stephenson, associate, Andrean Angelov, first vice president, and Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office.
Space Management is located at 920 Cog Circle in Crystal Lake. The site features large commercial spaces and a long-term billboard income stream.
