Harlem Ave. in Berwyn, Illinois, was part of a two-building portfolio sale and consisted of two one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and four two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. Malay and Bell secured 17 property tours and 10 offers. The building ultimately sold at list price, to a local investor who assumed responsibility for all city inspection violations.
