Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of 7-Eleven, a 2,700-square-foot net-leased property located in Chicago. The asset sold for $1.2 million.
Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was also secured and represented by Weisenbeck and Sharko.
The property is located at 1201 W. Adams St. and it sits on the first floor of a multi-story residential condominium building, which was constructed in 2001. It sold in 56 days at 96 percent of its original list price.
