Przybyla, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Downtown office. The asset sold for $1,600,000.
Kyle Stengle, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Kyle Stengle.
The property is located at 2677 North Burling Street in Chicago, IL. The land can be redeveloped into condos, townhomes, or single-family homes with a zoning of RT-4.
